Meditation Courses
The technique that Grant teaches is a very simple approach that requires no concentration, contemplation, or effort. It works with the very nature of the mind and allows you to experience rest that is up to five times deeper than that achievable by sleep alone. 20 minutes meditation is the rest equivalent of 3-4 hours of sleep.
Rest is the antidote to stress.
When we experience the healing properties of deep rest before dynamic activity we can launch into our busy lives & attend to all of our demands without becoming overwhelmed or leaving a trail of collateral damage as we may have done in the past. We simply take a more clear, creative, happy, energetic, & intelligent “us” into our day.

Course Information
Each day we meet for a 2 hour session. On Day 1 you are given your personal instruction, days 2, 3, & 4 are refining your approach & deepening your understanding based on your experience.
By the end of the course you are up & running with your own self sustaining meditation practise.
Weekend courses are run with Session 1 and 2 on Day 1 and Session 3 and 4 on Day 2.
